FOR CHRISTIAN CHURCHES AND ORGANIZATIONS

If the sponsoring church or Christian organization cannot afford hotel accommodations, than a place to stay in a private home will suit me just fine. An honorarium or love offering is usual but not required. Travel expenses are required.

TALKS AND SEMINARS

Speeches:

Talks can be scheduled from 30 to 90 minutes on a variety of subject areas related to the role of the Holy Spirit in a Christian’s walk with God. The talk can be custom to the participants of the sponsoring church or organization

Workshops:

Experience shows that it is best to have at least three hours for a half-day workshop or six hours for a full day workshop. The half-day workshop can be scheduled in the morning, afternoon or evening. The full-day workshop can be scheduled in one full day or can be given over several mornings, afternoons or nights. A one-day workshop works well with sessions from 9 a.m. to noon (with a break for lunch) and1 p.m. to 4 or 5 p.m. An appropriate number of breaks are scheduled.

Some churches may want to introduce the workshop or begin an orientation of the workshop at the Sunday morning service (this creates interest so that more people can decide to do the whole workshop) followed by afternoon and evening sessions with a potluck or soup and salad meals in between. Or Sunday morning and evening followed by Monday and possibly Tuesday night sessions could be scheduled. I am fully flexible, willing and happy to arrange whatever schedule works for the local church, group or community. When possible I will include one on one spiritual counseling sessions for the participants.

The sponsoring Christian church or organization can request in advance a Publicity Package to help with publicity before the scheduled talk or workshop. Many churches and organizations open the workshop to other churches or groups or to the whole community. Also, other churches will often be willing to publicize the seminar too. I will make myself available for local radio, television or newspaper interviews to help publicize the talk or workshop.

PRESENTATION EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES

Presentation Equipment and Supplies:

For large groups, Dr. Don can bring his projection equipment and microphone, if needed. However, a sound system and projection screen would be needed.

Supplies:

No supplies are required to accept for note taking materials needed by the participant. If the talk or workshop requires handout materials, Dr. Don will bring original so copies can be
