HE IS ALWAYS THERE

WHISPER FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT

He Is Always There

There is no place
so alone that I am not there.
Never, will I not be
there with you.
There is no place so dark
that I will not shine My light.
Never, will I not shine
my light on you.
In loving Me,
your life takes on
an importance
that the world
cannot give you.
An importance
you can never lose,
with Christ being your King!
Your life is sketched
in Eternity
For the sole purpose
of living it,
with and for me.
There is no one
or nothing that can
make you lose
being with me, forever
Except You

 Dr. Don’s Reflection

No matter how bad things got for me in life, I never felt abandoned by God.  I may not have felt the presence or the power of the Holy Spirit, but I always knew that my God was there. I always believed that baptism gave me the indwelling of the Holy Spirit and nothing I could do would change that.  My sinful ways indeed prohibited me from receiving the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit, but it was not that the Holy Spirit did not want to give them to me; it was that I did not want to receive them.

I knew by accepting the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit; I would first have to accept the Holy Spirit and change my sinful ways.  I did not want to do that; I wanted to continue my wicked ways of life.

It was when as an adult, I was baptized in the Holy Spirit, with fire, that I realized that I was so important to God and loved so much by Him that he did not want me to live the life I was living.

I realized that there was nothing I could do that would drive Him away. I was part of Him, He was part of me, and together we were part of eternity. I finally realized that through the Holy Spirit and in being in Christ my King the darkness in my life would be driven out by the light of Christ and the power of God and that is precisely what happened.

This Whisper makes it clear that even though you may feel alone, Christ will always be there through and by the Holy Spirit.  When we are in a love relationship with Christ, our life takes on new importance.  No matter how unworthy you feel, the Holy Spirit is prepared to have a full presence in your life so you can leave the darkness to the light of Christ and the power of God.  God never leaves you alone.

You may choose not to accept his presence and wander in the darkness of your life. However, once you realize that the Holy Spirit can change all that, then the next thing you must recognize is the Holy Spirit being fully present in your life.  Think about it. Are you sick and tired of wandering around in the darkness of life realizing that there has to be something better?

Have you had enough of not having enough?  Are you ready to trade in sins for sacredness?  If so it can happen right now. Lean back, close your eyes, and say these words or something like it, “Dear Jesus, you promised to send to your followers the Holy Spirit. I now reject my sinful ways and ask for your full forgiveness, and in doing so, I accept the Holy Spirit.” In saying and praying these words, you have received the Holy Spirit. He will instruct you from there.
